If you sign up for an Initial Service and have Pests that fall under our One-Time Service ‘Targeted Pests’ (Carpenter Ants, Common Roaches, &/or German Roaches), we will charge the associated One Time Service fee for the Targeted Pests.
Ex: German Roaches are a Treated, Targeted Pest on the Initial Service, and the Service will be priced at $350 (+ Tax & Fees)

General Pest Control (GPC)
Frequency: Every other month (every 60 days)
Our General Pest Control service is a proactive, perimeter-based treatment plan designed to keep your home protected from a wide variety of general pests year-round.
What’s Included:
Wasp & Hornet Nest Removal – Safe removal of nests within reach
Liquid Residual Barrier Treatment – Applied around the entire perimeter of the home to combat crawling insects
Granular Insecticide Application – A broad-spectrum granular treatment spread up to 15–20 feet from the home’s foundation to target pests in the surrounding lawn & soil
Fire Ant & Direct Nest Treatment – Targeted control of ant mounds or nests found within the 15–20 ft range (and beyond, if identified before or found during the visit)

This bi-monthly treatment creates a layered barrier around your home, targeting active pests and preventing future infestations. It’s ideal for ongoing protection and long-term peace of mind.
Rodent Abatement
Frequency: Monthly (every 30 days)
Our Rodent Abatement service is designed to maintain consistent control of rodent activity in and around your property through strategic baiting and routine monitoring.
What’s Included:
Bait Station Maintenance – Each rodent bait station (provided by PPP LLC) is inspected and refilled during every service visit
Station Optimization – If a station’s location is no longer ideal, we may relocate it to a more effective spot for improved coverage
Customer Notification – Any adjustments to bait station placement will be communicated to you clearly and promptly
Why It Works:
Rodents are persistent, and consistent monthly service ensures ongoing pressure against infestations. By monitoring bait usage and adjusting placement as needed, we help mitigate nesting, reproduction, and property damage over time.
Monthly Mosquito Treatment
Frequency: Monthly (every 30 days)
Our Monthly Mosquito Treatment is a targeted solution that dramatically reduces mosquito populations around your property, helping you reclaim your outdoor spaces with confidence.
What’s Included:
Liquid Residual Treatment – Applied to trees, foliage, and shrubbery around the entire property or specific requested areas
Rain-Delay Assurance – If rain is forecasted, PPP LLC will automatically reschedule your service and notify you once it’s completed (typically the same day)
Important Notes:
We do not treat the following:
Edible plants or vegetable gardens
Plants actively foraged by bees
Japanese maples
Acuba bushes
Why It Works:
This treatment knocks down active mosquito populations and creates a barrier on treated foliage, helping to interrupt the breeding cycle and reduce bites all month long.
Fire Ant Treatment
Frequency: Once per year
Our Fire Ant Treatment is a comprehensive, once-a-year service designed to eliminate and suppress fire ant colonies across your property—giving you long-lasting relief from these aggressive pests. The best time for this treatment is just before spring, to get ahead of the season.
What’s Included:
Full-Area Granular Treatment – We treat the entire specified area using a professional-grade granular
Water-In Requirement – The treatment must be watered in after application for full effectiveness. We will require access to an outdoor water spigot during the visit
Why It Works:
This treatment targets the entire colony, not just visible mounds. Once watered in, the product is carried down into the soil, where it’s taken back to the queen—delivering long-term control that typically lasts for an entire season or more.
One-Time Treatments
For those situations where you’re dealing with a specific pest problem and need quick, targeted relief, our One-Time Treatment option is a fast and effective solution.
What’s Included:
Covers only the pest issue discussed and agreed upon at the time of sale
30-Day Warranty – If the same pest returns within 30 days, we’ll come back at no additional charge to address it

This focused service is perfect for one-off pest problems or when ongoing service isn’t necessary. Whether it’s ants, roaches, spiders, or another common pest—we’ll handle it efficiently and professionally.
